Terms of service

Pascoe is operated by Algorise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15312605, with its registered office at 22 Carter House, 55 King Street, Maidenhead, SL6 1EB. By creating an account or using pascoe.ai, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be at least 16 to use Pascoe.

Pascoe is a content coworker. You keep a voice profile, give Pascoe an idea, and it researches and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. You pick a draft, and publish it — either by copying it or by letting Pascoe post it through your connected LinkedIn account. It is a subscription service with a free tier.

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Keep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so long as it was not our fault.

Everything you bring to Pascoe — your voice profile, ideas, notes and images — stays yours. You give us only the limited licence we need to operate the service: storing your content, sending it to the AI providers named in the privacy policy, and publishing to LinkedIn when you say so. The licence ends when the content is deleted.

The drafts Pascoe writes for you are yours too. One honest caveat: language models given similar inputs can produce similar outputs, so we cannot promise that no one else will ever receive a resembling draft. We do not train any model on your content — see the privacy policy for how the AI providers handle it.

Pascoe’s drafts are a starting point written by AI. They can be wrong, dated, or blander than you on a good day. Read every draft before it goes anywhere — checking facts, claims and tone is your job, and nothing Pascoe writes is professional, legal or financial advice. Pascoe never publishes without your say-so; the last click is always yours, and so is what happens after it.

Use Pascoe for your own voice and your own audience. Do not:

• Break the law, or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
• Impersonate someone else — the voice-learning tools are for your own writing and your own public posts, not for cloning another person’s.
• Put other people’s personal or confidential data into Pascoe without the right to do so.
• Probe, overload or work around the service’s limits or safety measures.
• Resell the service or use it to build a competing one.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things — with notice where we reasonably can.

LinkedIn is a separate platform with its own terms, and what you publish there is between you and LinkedIn. The connection Pascoe uses can only post on your behalf — it is made through our provider Composio, you approve it on LinkedIn’s own pages, and you can revoke it any time from Settings. We are not responsible for LinkedIn’s availability, its rules, or how it treats your posts.

Pascoe has three plans: Free, Pascoe at $19 a month, and Pascoe Plus at $39 a month, each with its own usage limits. Billing runs through Clerk: paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account — you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If prices change, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect from your next renewal. None of this affects your statutory rights.

As a consumer you also have a legal right to change your mind: you can cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of starting it for a full refund. By subscribing you ask us to start the service straight away rather than waiting out those 14 days; if you then cancel within them, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what you have already used. To cancel, use your account settings or email privacy@pascoe.ai.

You can stop any time: cancel your subscription, or delete your account entirely — the data deletion page covers what happens to your data. We can end the agreement if you materially break these terms and do not put it right after we ask, or if we wind the service down — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to take your content with you. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 12 survive the end of the agreement.

Pascoe itself — the software, design and name — belongs to Algorise Ltd. These terms give you the right to use it, not a licence to copy it.

We will run Pascoe with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the service is provided as it is: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we make no warranty about the accuracy, originality or fitness of AI-written drafts — that is what your review is for.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and £50. If you use Pascoe as a consumer, you keep any protections your local law does not let you give up.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or inside the product before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Pascoe after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can close your account.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country. If a dispute comes up, talk to us first: most things are fixable with an email.
